This training reviews the setup and usage of frequency and duration options in the treatment plan
Frequency and Duration Setup
Click Add New Treatment Plan Length to open a new row in the list. Enter the Name.
In the number fields you will enter in the number of Visits per week or month, then every, every other, or every third, for number of day, week, or month.
Screen will Save as you go!
Add Frequency and Duration to the Treatment Plan
Click in the box to select the Frequency & Duration
The Start Date, Expiration Date, and Number of Visits fields are populated based on the frequency and duration you chose.
The Assessment/Treatment Plan button in the Visit will have a red indicator when the current plan is expiring
Edit or Add Frequency and Duration then hit Save
