Send patients a link for them to rate their visit and, depending on the response, give them a link to post an online review. Patients must be opted in for text messages to participate.
Set Up
List multiple review sites and the feature will rotate through them to create a balanced representation of reviews
To find your Google review URL, go to the Google Business Profile Manager page on the Home tab, in the box that says Get More Reviews click Share Review Form. A box will open with the link. Copy the link to the URL field in set up.

Send a Feedback Request
If a patient is not opted in for text messaging you cannot send them a request for feedback
Patient Side of the Request
Patients receive a text asking them to rate their visit on a scale of 1-5 stars.
Patients who enter a value of 1-3 are presented with the option to provide feedback that will be sent to the Message Center. Patients who enter 4 or 5 are presented with a link to leave a review.
