When you open the software, on the upper right hand corner you will find a symbol that looks like a chat bubble. If you hover over it with your mouse it says "Live Chat".

Once you click on the Live Chat icon it will open a browser window. You can see any System Issues we are aware of and working on here.

On the bottom right hand corner you can click the blue bubble to start a Live Chat

You will see a box for you to click on Chat now.

In the next box you can click and type a brief description of your question(s).

Next type your first name and email address when prompted.

At the top you will see the support team member who will begin the chat with you.

Please note, that once you have filled out the pre-chat survey you do not need to add this information each time you open chat. Instead when you click chat now, you just enter your name, and type your question.

Support Ticket
When you open the software, on the upper right hand corner next to the chat bubble you will see an icon that looks like a support ring.

Clicking on the icon will open a tab within the software for you to fill out a brief survey.
Clicking on Submit on the bottom right will submit the ticket and give you conformation that the ticket has been created.
