This document will review the basics of HealthCore There are detailed and separate documents going into detail of each icon specifically.
Setting up how you want HealthCore to load
When the program opens you can choose the specific dashboard that will load with start up.
1. Scheduler: This will open to your calendar and appointment list view
2. Doctor: This will open the Doctor EHR landing page
3. Therapy: This will open to the therapy log
4. Charge entry: This will show the charge entry screen
5. None: Will open with no tabs
Scheduler
Clicking on the Scheduler button will allow you to see a calendar view on the left.
On the right will be your appointment list.
Doctor
The Doctor button will open the EHR landing page which will show the patients who have been signed into the office.
Therapy Log
The Therapy Log is where you can access the patients prescribed therapies.
Charge Entry
Once the Doctor has completed the superbill in the EHR you will see the patients listed that are waiting for the charges to be processed.
New Patient
When adding a New Patient the yellow fields are what is required to complete the New Patient entry.
Reports
Under the reports button you will find a list of reports that are created for you as well as ones you can customize for yourself which can be saved. Each report that has an arrow next to it has another subset of reports for you.
Any reports that are saved by a user will only be found under their log in.
Analytics
This is one report to review your stats.
Not every user will have the same permissions or access to the same reports. This is controlled under the user settings which can be changed by the Dr/Owner of the clinic.
Billing
Calendar
The Calendar icon is used separately from the scheduler view which can be used for reminders or other things you wish to keep track of.
Utilities
There are several functions that are found under your Utilities Icon.
Messages
If your office has opted in for 2 way texting this is where you will find any messages. You will see an indicator noting a new unread message.
Appt. Req.
If you have any New Patient or Existing patients that made an appointment online they will appear here with a red indicator.
Mega Search
On the top left hand corner of the software is the Mega Search. This is the place where you can search for a patient using several different ways of looking them up. You can also search for reports using the Mega Search.
Right hand icons
On the very top right of HealthCore you will find several icons. Working left to right.
- Envelope: This is the same indicator as your Messages button on the left hand menu bar
- Team Chat: Internal Chat for all Users in your database
- Task Manager: Creating, Prioritizing,Delegating, and Monitoring Tasks to ensure they are completed within given due dates
- Lock: Allows you to lock the screen so no one can click anything without the password to unlock
- Calculator: We added this for your convenience if needed
- Live chat: You can use live chat to ask a question
- Support ticket: You can send in a support ticket if you need assistance
- Log off button: You will click this to log off the software
- Windows: If you click this button, it will show all open windows in the software
