The assessment in a visit, reflects how the patient is progressing towards specific measurable objective goals. In order to have specific measurable objective goal, that begins in your treatment plan.

When the subjective progress report, which are the additional questions for your ADL goals, is updated based on your settings. If the patient has 3 goals, it will ask the patient 3 goal questions. If you have 5 goals, it will ask your patient 5 goal questions.

The Doctor can then update if they inquired about an ADL manually by selecting the drop down answers which will then update the Assessment tab with ADL goals.



The Macro at the top of the Goals can be changed and customized

If you see a current Goal value highlighted yellow with an asterisk, that means it has not yet been updated today. You can update by clicking in the box and typing in the value you want.


Clicking in the grid of the Goals will change the format and will not look correct. Only add Macros to the top or the bottom.
