We have a great visit summary that allows you to do what is needed for documentation purposes to bill insurance. There are some Doctors that do things a little different. You will not have the ability to add custom exams or add custom verbiage to your documentation.









This function is available in the Story and the Specific Exams as well.
Specific Exams - Default Pediatric Exam
We have added a Pediatric exam to your system for you to see the functionality of the exam and how the Micronotes work.



You can exit the play button if you wish to skip a section and move further down and then start the play again by putting your cursor where you wish to begin again.


Creating a Notes Module


Under the Note Modules and clicking on the Custom Modules, scroll down to the Eye Size and click on the equal. The top Value showed Equal which is the default. If you dont want that to be the default, click Add Value and leave it blank. Click the up arrow to move it to the top for it to show blank as the default.

1. Type what test or what you want to show on the Note Module
2. On the right select the Merge Field Types (example is Single Select)
3. Put your values.
4. Save and Close
Additional Features

If you have Pediatric Exam, for example you can right click and copy and create another Pediatric Exam and then customize it for newborn. Copy again for Pediatric Toddler Exam and then customize that one.
