Front Desk Check-In - HSWorx

The Front Desk Check-In will be used by your New Patients for their history and by your existing patients for daily use.

Google Chrome is the recommended browser for the check in.  If your device does not have chrome, we do recommend that you download it for your kiosk.

Once your office is live with the software, you will use your HSWorx user name and password to login to checkin for your clinic database, but you will use the following credentials for the training checkin:

User name: train3  (not case sensitive)       Password: Training321  (make sure you use capital T as it is case sensitive)

Patient will click Sign In to check in for their appointment

Patient will type in Last Name and click Next

Patient will then Select the Month of Birthday and Select the Day and hit Next

Patient will be asked "Since your last visit on 2/19/2024, have you had any new injuries, accidents or falls?" click Yes or No

If patient needs to Edit any demographic or reminders click on the person icon

Edit and then hit Continue to get back to the Kiosk questions

Daily Visit Questions

In Doctor setup, Treatment, Daily Visit Settings if Daily Visit Questions are checked these are the questions the patient will get -

Daily Questions

  • VAS - Pain Level
  • Pain Frequency
  • Primary Pain Quality

Subjective Progress Report Frequency - Every so many Days or Visits

In Doctor setup, Treatment, Daily Visit Settings if Subjective Progress Report Frequency is marked every so many Days or Visits the patient will get -

Subjective Progress Report Frequency PE Only

Patient will have to have a visit type of PE or RE only to get the full OATS and Subjective Questions
