RapidTrac Facility Workflow

Sometimes Facilities have their own group enrollments that need to be done which wasn't accounted for.   We need to add the same workflow as a Facility Detail just like Provider "Detail" is now, but rather than going to the Provider / Facility Workflow it will just start at Facility Workflow (shown below).  So if you click on the Facility line (no need for a detail button just use the whole line for "Detail" and keep the Edit button for editing the information" ... and by clicking on the Facility line it shows this:

1. Because this is from the Facility Manager it only shows Facility tab up top

2. This would be the same workflow setup as providers have only it would be tied to the Facility ... when this workflow appears on the dashboard it would look the same as the Provider Workflow it would just be blank under Provider colum

Facility Payer List

This list (shown below) would also function the same way to be able to add Payers to the Facility

1. Since its a facility enrollment Type would always be "Group" so that would be set and grayed out

2. Enrollment will always be "Group" so that would be set and grayed out

3. Since Type and Enrollment are "Group" this would always pull the Facility NPI and if there were two it would default to the first one and allow it to be changed

Change from Facility to Provider Workflow

1. By changing the dropdown from the facility to one of the Providers,

2. It adds that Providers information on the top and

3. It becomes that Providers Workflow on the bottom
