This is only for Emergency Messages, such as closures due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
On the Scheduler - Patient appointment list at the top you will click Send Emergency Message
Please provide your Unlock PIN to be able to type and send the Emergency Message
If you have not created an unlock PIN, in the top Right corner click on the lock button to setup a PIN to be able to use the Emergency Message
If you setup a PIN but do not remember it go to Utilities - System setup - My Settings
After entering your PIN you can enter in the Emergency Message
Messages can have a Max of 160 characters including spaces
When date and Message are confirmed click Send
