Creating Home Exercises for a Patient
Go to Doctor Dashboard - Click on Patient Name to open note - Click on Exercises then Click on the Home Icon to create Home Exercises
If you right click on Exercise you can Add to Home Exercises or you can Move to Home Exercises
You can search or use Protocols to create a separate list for Home Exercises
Emailing Patients Home Exercises
Off of the wand and Edit Information - Doctor Tab - Audit Log - you are able to see a log of when Home Exercises are Emailed to the patient
Sharing Exercises via Patient Portal
