Tax report is user to generate totals for sales tax reporting.
Report will show you a list of all the Sales Tax collected on Products during the Last Payment Date Range.
Sales Tax Setup
Go to Utilities - System Setup - General - Product and Services - click on Tax tab
Add sales tax and apply it to the appropriate items in Products and Services. You can have multiple tax rates.
