• This report helps make sure that all of your charges have been entered into the system from Charge Entry.
• Click on the Reports icon and choose Daily Reports and Appointments.  Use the criteria Appt Date Time, Appt Status, and Charges Entered.

Run Report will show you every patient that is Signed In and No Charges Entered

• Before sending out statements, clean up the patient's credits so that the account is up to date.
• Click on the Reports icon and choose Collections.  Click Total A/R.  Choose the columns to show and for criteria choose Credits greater than zero and Patient Balance greater than zero.  Run the Report.

Run Report will show you each Patient that has a Patient Balance with a Credit to apply.  Click on Wand and go to Enter Payment to Apply Credit.

• Click on Billing and choose Bulk Billing.  Select Charges on Hold at the top of the window.
• These are charges that have been put on Hold without being billed.

• Log in to the Clearinghouse Website
• Enter your username and password
• View your Claims to see if any rejections

• Work your A/R by Carrier weekly to keep up with accounts and to make sure that you get paid by the carriers.
• Click on the Reports icon and choose Collections. Choose A/R by Carrier. Choose the show side items that you want to see and leave criteria empty.

• Running this report once a week is a great way to keep up with the status of your new patients.
• Click on Reports and choose Marketing. Click Prospects Last Week.

• This report is your way of balancing bank deposits and for collections accounting.
• Click on Reports and choose Collections.  Click the collections report. For parameters, choose show side fields to select what you want to see in the columns on your report. Criteria choices filter the information. Choose Date, and Type. Run the report.

• The Analytics includes all of the statistics to measure how you are doing toward reaching your goals.  Remember that a charge must be entered to calculate visits.
