Task Manager is the process of creating, prioritizing, delegating, and monitoring tasks to ensure they are completed within given due dates.

1. Create New Task

When the Task is created, the creator of the Task will not receive a notification but anyone assigned will receive a notification like this.

Clicking on the notification will open the Task Manager if it is not currently open in the software.

The Task will appear on your My Tasks as well as on My Tasks of the assigned people until someone chooses Accept Task.

The 3 dots will show a Delete if you are the creator of the Task only.

4. Prioritized list of Tasks

The top of the list will show any Tasks that are new.  Then will show first by Priority (Urgent / Red) then by date within Urgent Tasks.  Priority (Medium / Yellow) then by date within Medium Tasks. Followed by Low (Low / Gray) then by date withing Low Tasks.

A task with no priority will not show a bar color.
