Upon right clicking appt and selecting "Cancel" or from edit appt screen checking "Canceled" and Save, will open the following Modal.

Notes: would be entered into the Appointment Activity log time/date stamped (this will be shown later from Recall Log card so other users can see exactly what has been done and said in previous attempted interactions)

Recall - select to add to Recall Log with the indicated date/time selected

Assign Task - upon Save would open the New Task modal

Title - auto-complete with "Canceled Appt Follow-up - [Patient Name]

Patient - hyperlink to patient

Detail - Appointment Activity (be able to see the time/date and notes of appointment activities)

Priority - High

Due Date - Today's date

Assign - Default to case provider

Notifications - not selected

If Recall is selected and a date and time chosen it becomes a card in the recall log.  Essentially the "card" is just an appointment without a day/time that needs to be followed up on, and then scheduled by dragging and dropping back on to the schedule

Card Elements

• Patient Name
• Visit Code
• Recall Date/Time
• Snooze Icon
• Delete Icon

Card can be drag/dropped onto scheduler if the user successfully gets them back on schedule.  Otherwise they would double click the card to add a new note and be able to see previous notes as well.   All other functionality remains the same as the initial cancel modal.

We'd also want to have provider that was on the original appt show up on "(Natalie Gilmore)" under the patient name and visit code so user can see who's schedule to put them on.

The same process should be followed for No Show
