Use printing options for HCFA/CMS 1500 forms to choose between printing on a pre-printed form or to a blank page where the software will print the form including the form itself, which will print in red ink.
Check with carriers to confirm whether or not they accept HCFAs printed on paper other then the pre-printed form

If you have used the Pre-Printed HCFA and it doesn't line up the way you need you can adjust the line up of the information on the form.
A positive value will move Horizontally to the right and negative Horizontally to the left.
A positive value will move Vertically to the top and negative Vertically to the bottom.
