Download Chrome App from the App Store

Open the Chrome App. You do not need to sign in. Choose the option to Make Default in Settings

In the URL search bar, type in frontdesk.hsworx.com

Once the page loads, top right click the upload arrow to add to Home Screen.

Change the Name to HSWorx Check In for easy find on Home Screen, then Click Add

Next you will want to change the Settings so that Auto-fill is not On. This will prevent information from copying incorrectly onto form fields.

At the top right click the 3 dots, scroll the blue menu options to the left and select the last option Settings

In Settings, Make sure Password Manager, Payment Methods, Addresses and More and Discover are all turned OFF

Once you sign in a patient for the first time on this device, be sure to allow the Camera setting to take patient photo. You will see a prompt on the first patient sign in.
