A green plus sign will appear on the stack for an unviewed history.  This occurs when you send a case history to a patient via a portal link for a visit that is not a new patient or answered yes to a new accident injury or fall on the kiosk.  

Any visit type will be able to see the history, its no longer just a New Patient or a New accident or injury.
