The Documentation Footer section is a new setting that allows you to add Authorization No. and Last 4 of SSN number to your documents that an Insurance company may requests to have displayed on each page you submit.

Billing - Carriers

Under each Carrier you will have a Documentation Footer

If Carrier is requesting Authorization Number or the last 4 digits of the Social Security Number, you can check under the carrier to show at the bottom of the Doctors documents for Daily visits.

Edit Information - Doctor Tab - Documentation

Click on the piece of paper and print, or the PDF icon

The Footer will show the Documentation Footers that are checked in the Carrier, on all pages of the document
