User Permissions
Click Utilities - System Setup - General - User Manager - Click on User Name
Under Permissions - Click Location - Under Application Permissions - Export Patients Click the unlock to give permission
If Permission shows an unlock with a line the User does not have access to that Application Permission
If Permission shows a locked Icon with no line the User is granted Permission for that Application Permission
Export Patient
Export Patient is if you are Exporting Patient to another Database that they are not currently in. This will Automatically Link the 2 patients together.
At this time you can only Export Patients to databases you have access to
Search and Select Patient - Click on Wand and Edit Information - Click Utilities and Export
Click Location you are Exporting Patient to
Everything Check Marked will Export to the Location Chosen
- Import Future Appointments (4) - Will Export 4 Future Appointments
- Import Visit Documentation (12) - Will Export 12 Doctor Documents
- Import File Vault (10) - Will Export 10 File Vault Documents
- Import Patient Notes (4) - Will Export 4 Patient Notes for the Notes section
- Import Complaints - Will Export all Complaints Associated with the Patients Case
- Reset Signature on File Date - If Checked will take out the On File Date, If unchecked will bring over the On File Date
What is Exported
Export Patient is if you are Exporting Patient to another Database that they are not currently in. This will Automatically Link the 2 patients together.
Link Patients
Link Patient Record is if you have the same Patient in 2 or more of the databases you have access to you can click and link them together to update demographic and see last visit in the doctor screen.
In Edit information click on utilities and Link Patients
Click Utilities and Link Patient Record then choose the Location you want to Link
Then choose the patient you want to Link with
This will allow when a change in address or demographic is made it will auto update in the linked database.
Patient has been Exported and Linked
In Doctor section you will see next to Last Visit a ! if a note was done(completed) in database the patient is linked with.
