The Patient Portal is a website that patients use to interact with the clinic. Patients are taken to the Portal when they receive the new patient intake questions via email. After they establish credentials they can perform multiple tasks including sending messages to the doctor, updating communications preferences and viewing upcoming appointments.

Portal Landing Page
After the patient completes their intake questions they are directed to the Portal landing page. This is also where they will land when they log into the Portal anytime they log in. By letting patients know how to get to the Portal and the advantages of accessing it you build a stronger relationship by providing another way for them to interact with the clinic.

Clicking Pay Statement will allow the patient to view their statement by clicking on the PDF.



You have to be integrated with Open Edge to have the ability to make a payment through the Patient Portal


Linking Accounts with the Patient Portal
If you have two patients that share an email (e.g., Parent and Child or Spouse), you can link the two patient portal accounts and toggle between them.
Parent / Spouse will receive the email which they will click "Here"

The Parent/Spouse will log in with the same email address and Password they used to create their portal.
