This report is designed to give the doctor a snapshot of everything that has happened in the clinic today from financial to appointments. Use this report to confirm that charges and payments are being entered in a timely manner

If you do not see the Doctor Daily Report, this is a permission the Doctor/Owner can give you in the user manager.
The Doctor Daily Report is broken down into 6 sections.

1. Applied Payments: this category shows all of the payments that were applied today. This does not mean that the money was taken in today. This is money that was applied today. For example, if a patient has a credit on their account that was paid 6 months ago and the money is applied today, the payment date would show as today's date, but the pmt entry date would be 6 months ago.
2. Charges: this category displays all of the charges that were entered for today.
3. Collections: this category show payments that were brought in today. This is how much money should be deposited in to the bank account for today.
4. Voids/Refunds: this category gives you a list of any voids or refunds that happened today.
5. NP Correlation: Gives information about the charges that were entered for the NP today.
6. Exceptions - this category shows patients who were on the schedule, who were never marked as signed in. The report will also display the reason the appointment canceled or rescheduled. This is the note that the front desk member will type in when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
