Encounter Forms

Updated on

Encounter Forms are not a necessity especially if you are a strictly a paperless office.  Encounter Forms can be used for different reasons which some offices find them helpful and wish to use them.

Setting up Encounter Forms

There are 3 places to find Encounter Forms.

1.  Appointment Date:

You can select from the calendar the date you wish to generate the encounter forms.

2.  All Patients:

-Check the first box if you want to print Encounter forms that have not been printed.  IE, you added appointments throughout the day after running a batch in the morning and need them for the afternoon.

-Instead of the Encounter form printing by visit time, you can check this to print Alphabetically.

-You can chose more specific ranges of times you wish to print.

3.  Specific Patient

-You can search your database for just a specific patient as well as which case you want the Encounter form for.
