Items in Products and Services can be edited to change any of the information about the item, including description, price, category, etc. They can also be added to fee schedules where pricing and modifiers can be customized according to carrier requirements.

You can click the box to Select All Fee Schedules or specifically check the individual boxes of the Fee Schedule you wish to add to the item

Once you have added the Fee Schedules, next to the item you will find a plus sign. Click the plus sign to open the specifics of each Fee Schedule to customize CPT codes, pricing, modifiers and other specifics.

Making a change to any of the Fee Schedules such as the unit price, allowed, CPT code, or Modifiers will appear to ask if you wish to make this change across all fee schedules. Choosing yes will then update all fee schedules. No will only make the change to a specific fee schedule.

You can right click on a Fee Schedule if you wish to remove it from the item.
