Installation
The installer for HSWorx is sent in the installation email. These instructions are details on how to perform the installation.
Doctor/Owner can go to Utilities - System Setup - General - User Manager - right click on user and Send Installation Email.
Once you click yes the user's email address will receive the install link email. If you do not see the email in your mailbox make sure to check your Spam folder.
Click on the Link to start Download
When download is complete click on the HSWorxsetup.exe to install the software
There will be no prompts, as this is a silent Installer.
When Installer is finished the application will start and there will be a new Icon on the Desktop.
HealthSource User Login screen - For New Users click "New User/Forgot Password?" to setup a password, and If existing user enter in your user name/password and Log In.
Clicking New User/Forgot Password? User Name is what was assigned to you in email, and the email address is the address where the email with the download link was sent.
Check your email for the code. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.
Password Requirements
HealthSource stores protected health information, which makes it critically important that your password is not easily hacked.
- Do not use words found in the dictionary. Use a close misspelling if you want to use a word.
- Do not included the username or email
- Include an upper case character
- Include at least one number. Do not use sequential numbers (i.e. 123, 678, 321)
- Include a special character (i.e. !@^%&*)
- Password must be at least 8 characters in length
Updating To New Version
Log in like normal and in the bottom right hand corner will tell you the current version example v3.1.76
Once Logged Off double click on Icon to log back in. In the bottom right hand corner you will see the Version is now updated to the latest Version.
Version numbers will change with each New Version that is released with updates and fixes!
