How Do I Transfer Patient Credit to Another Patient
Choose Patient - Click on Payments tab - Click on Green Flag next to CREDIT line - click Transfer Payment
Choosing Patient to Transfer Credit Payment
Choose patient in the Transfer To selection box - fill in the the amount - fill in the reason - click ok
Are you sure? box pops up for warning before making change
Once you click ok a message will pop up confirming you have chosen the correct patient
Credit - once the transfer is completed it automatically shows in patient's ledger
The system takes you directly to the patient's account that you moved the credit
Transfer payment tab on the patient ledger
Click on the Transferred $ tab and you will see From and To and the Reason entered for the transfer
