Select a symptom ... if it is pain, numbness, or weakness they then select location on the body diagram (Matt has .svg file)

When they select an area (either Front or Back) of body it would display a list of more detailed locations in that specific area.   We will need to have some type of rotate button as well if they change their mind and want the Back view).  Matt has the list of Front and Back Detail areas for each area they could click on in the svg image

Outcome Assessments

If yes, start over with selecting the symptom and body region.  If no, continue with Past, Family, and Social History as per setup
