Range of Motion
Updating the severity indicators for Palpation and Range of Motion, from 3 to 5 levels of severity, empowers providers to document patient progress with greater clinical accuracy over the course of a longer care plan. The traditional scale of Mild, Moderate, and Severe offers only three levels between normal and maximum dysfunction, limiting a provider’s ability to show gradual improvement or regression. By introducing intermediary stages such as Mild-Moderate and Moderate-Severe, we now enable a more granular depiction of those objective changes. This expanded scale supports more precise documentation and better alignment with the patient’s actual recovery trajectory, providing the necessary clinical justification for extended care plans—such as 15–18 visit plans—when communicating with insurance payers.

AI in Story Section
Please make sure you watch the video that accompanies this document as we give significantly more context to what AI can do (and isn't going to be that useful for). You can review the steps below, but just know that by default this was send any audio recording to our AI model for transcription, then it will combine that transcription with any text from the Story text box and send back to the model to write detailed narrative prose. If you check "Include Patient Intake" it will also combine that information into the response text. (this seems unnecessary as the Patient Intake data is easily readable as is and doesn't necessarily warrant the use of AI)
Once you Click to Record will then show Recording and when done you will click the Stop icon

Click Stop then click the windmill Icon to submit the recording to AI to generate

1. Audio captured - Click to start recording
2. Play - Play back recording
3. Include Patient Data
4. Windmill - Submit recording to AI and generate prose
5. Edit opening prompt for AI text generation
6. Check Spelling - Checks spelling
7. Clear - Clears all
