Click the Restrictions button on the Treatment Plan.

Select restrictions from the default list or click the Add button to enter custom text.

Use the search box to enter keywords or scroll through the list and find the appropriate Restrictions. Click the box next to the restrictions to include in the treatment plan. Click the Finished button at the top or bottom to add your choices to the plan and return to the main window.

Click the Setup button to add restrictions to the default list making them available for selection on future treatment plans.

Complicating Factors work similarly to Restrictions.

1. Use the search box to enter keywords or scroll through the list and find the appropriate complicating factors. Click the box next to the factor(s) to include in the treatment plan. Click the Finished button at the top and bottom to add your choices to the plan and return to the main window.

2. Click the Add button to add a custom complicating factor.

3. Click the Setup button to add complicating factors to the default list, making them available for selection on future treatment plans.

Medical Necessity works similarly to Restrictions and Complicating Factors.

1. Use the search box to enter keywords or scroll through the list and find the appropriate choice for medical necessity. Click the box next to the reason to include in the treatment plan. Click the Finished button at the top and bottom to add to the plan and return to the main window.

2. Click the Add button to add a custom description of the medical necessity for a patient.

3. Click the Setup button to add new medical necessity descriptions to the default list, making them available for selection on future treatment plans.

Click the Expand Arrow
