Choose whether to import data from a previous visit as the foundation for the progress exam.
Then choose which type of prior visit data for each part of the progress exam. For example, Chiropractic Techniques would likely come from the Last Visit, since those are being updated through the course of treatment, whereas Orthopedic Tests may not have been performed since the Last Exam.
The Specific Encounter field allows you to select a specific visit date by using the pull down selector and choosing that date.
Click the Continue button to proceed to the Visit Summary window.
