Creating and saving year-end reports helps assure you have a snapshot of important financial information that you may need for tax or other purposes. We recommend running the following reports and saving them in a clearly marked folder on your computer.
Analytics - Quick Stats
The Quick Stats report in Analytics provides a snapshot of key metrics.


After you complete charge and payment entry for 12/31:
- Click the Analytics menu icon to open the Quick Stats report
- Click the Run New button
- When the report is on the screen, click the Printer icon to create a PDF to print or email. The Spreadsheet icon creates a spreadsheet to email

The A/R value is not stored, making it critically important to run the report on the last business day of the year
