Organizing Your Year End Reports HealthSource

Creating and saving year-end reports helps assure you have a snapshot of important financial information that you may need for tax or other purposes. We recommend running the following reports and saving them in a clearly marked folder on your computer.

Analytics - Quick Stats

The Quick Stats report in Analytics provides a snapshot of key metrics.

After you complete charge and payment entry for 12/31:

  1. Click the Analytics menu icon to open the Quick Stats report
  2. Click the Run New button
  3. When the report is on the screen, click the Printer icon to create a PDF to print or email. The Spreadsheet icon creates a spreadsheet to email

The A/R value is not stored, making it critically important to run the report on the last business day of the year

Email the spreadsheet or PDF to store in the year end reports folder you created.
