This training reviews the details of entering findings for Posture/Ortho/Neuro exams. They are grouped together because they are typically only reviewed during the initial exam or the progress exam. Taking the time to set defaults for orthopedic tests assures these three exams can be completed quickly.

Posture
The first tab includes findings for posture documentation
- Choose buttons individually or use shortcut buttons such as the All Normal option at the bottom right of the window or the WNL (within normal limits) button per section.
- Pull down selectors include measurements to include.
- Review the Postural Analysis section of the note by clicking the Paper icon at the top right of the window.
HSMS - HealthSource Movement Screen
Previous findings for HSMS will show a Date it was preformed, and then you will choose New or Update to add New HSMS findings

- All Tests Passed - Click and will mark all Test Passed which will show in Green
- Unable to Preform - Click and will mark all Test Unable to preform which will show in Red
- Clear All - Will Clear all the results
- Cancel - Cancel and go back to original results

HSMS tests you will mark the Left, Right if they failed that test, or you will click Pass, Pass w/Pain & Unable to preform due to pain depending on the performance.

Mark Pass, Pass w/ Pain or Unable to perform for all Tests

Red = Failed Test
Green = Passed Test
Orthopedic Tests
Click the Import From Previous Test to bring in results from a recent exam and make modifications or document new tests individually.

Orthopedic Tests setup - Utilities, System Setup, Doctor Setup, History/Exam, and Orthopedic Tests
Select a Test with a Pos. (Positive) checked will show in Red
Click in Results column to show as a Negative test
Add Ortho Test(s)
Neurological Testing
Neurological Testing window includes multiple shortcut buttons. If a majority of tests were normal, use the correct shortcut button and change the exceptions by clicking on the button specific to the findings.
Click the button under Nerve Root to select rows individually and use the pull down selector to report the exact findings.
Enter notes as needed.
Click the Clear All link in either the Observations or Myotomes, Dermatomes, and Reflexes sections to reset
Once the Posture, HSMS, Orthopedic Tests, Neurological Testing all help make up the scores to preform the SHI (Spinal Health Index)
