- Orange Circle = Treatment Plan is not yet Completed
- Red Circle = Treatment Plan is Expired
- Other Treatment Plans - Shows all Other Treatment Plans under that patients case
- New - New is starting a New Treatment Plan for a New Patient or Existing Patient not bringing over the previous Treatment Plan info
- Update - Update will bring over the findings from the Previous Treatment Plans to be updated with a new Start Date
- Paper - To view how info will view on the Report
